Shipping policy

Standard Shipping: All orders placed with standard shipping take approximately 5-7 business days to arrive. This is an approximation as carrier delays can happen. *Local orders usually take less than 5 days.

Standard orders will ship out within 48 hours.

Priority Shipping: All orders placed with priority shipping take approximately 1-3 business days to arrive. This is an approximation as carrier delays can happen.

Friday night, Saturday and Sunday orders will get shipped out by Monday evening.

Once the package has been shipped, The Cinnamon Tree relinquishes all responsibility for the package. All lost packages or packages taking longer than usual to be delivered are to be handled with the shipping courier.

If the customer fails to provide the correct shipping address, they will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees and an additional $20 service fee for tracking down said package and reshipping the item.
