Bloch Therapy Tape - A0305

Bloch Therapy Tape is applied over muscles to help relieve pain and inflammation while leaving the joint free to move, so dancers can keep training through minor aches. Each box holds 20 pre-cut strips, ready to apply without cutting a roll down to length.

It suits dancers managing tired calves, shins or shoulders across a heavy rehearsal week, and is a useful addition to any studio first-aid kit.
