Heel Grip

Heel Grips are thin adhesive strips applied inside the back of the pointe shoe to stop the heel from slipping when a shoe runs slightly large. They add just enough padding to snug up the fit without altering how the shoe feels on the foot. A quick fix for dancers between sizes or breaking in a new pair.
