Russian Pointe Toe Tape

Russian Pointe's toe tape is applied directly to the toes before slipping into pointe shoes, protecting skin from blisters and reducing friction between toes that rub against each other. It stays adhered through a full class of turns and jumps without bunching. Many dancers tape as part of their regular pre-class routine.
