Suffolk 15770 Resistance Loop

Suffolk's 15770 resistance loop is a continuous elastic band for the strength and conditioning work dancers do outside of class. It comes in two strengths, pink for light resistance and grey for medium, so dancers can start gently and progress as the foot and ankle get stronger. The loop sits flat against the skin and packs down small enough to live in a dance bag.

Use it for foot and ankle articulation, turnout and hip work, as part of a warm-up before barre or a recovery routine afterwards.
