Suffolk Massage Roller Stick - 1539

Suffolk's 1539 roller stick measures 18 inches and is built from hard plastic rotating beads over a metal shank, finished with soft foam handles at each end. Gripping both handles lets dancers control exactly how much pressure goes into a muscle, and the independently spinning beads travel along the length of a calf or hamstring rather than dragging on the skin.

It suits pre-class warm-ups and post-rehearsal recovery, and packs easily for competitions and performance weeks.
